White Oak Bluff HOA Dues
Annual Dues
White Oak Bluff's annual dues are $150/lot and are due in January of each year.
Late fees will begin to accrue on any balance due after March 1.
While we do our best due diligence to mail invoices, claims of not receiving an invoice will not exempt you from any late fees on your account if your annual dues are not paid in full by March 1.
White Oak Bluff Financial Management Company Information
The WOB HOA has contracted with Justice Realty Group to handle financial management services for our community. These include billing and collecting dues payments, managing association invoices from vendors, offering administrative support to the board, and ensuring that the association meets its short and long-term financial obligations. The management company is only responsible for concerns within the association's financial realm.
