Amenities:
White Oak Bluff Residents who are members in good standing (up-to-date on all dues and special assessment payments) have access to the community's common areas and can use the waterfront picnic area, pier and boat ramp.
Please Note: If you park in the community's common areas, you MUST have a WOB Parking Permit displayed on your vehicle. If you do not have a tag, please contact us at wobhoa@gmail.com to arrange to pick one up.
Community Boat Ramp/Pier Gate: There is a chain gate at the community boat ramp & pier entrance. WOB HOA members in good standing can access the combination lock code on CSM's Vine Portal (https://app.csmhoa.com) or by emailing wobhoa@gmail.com.

Red Oak Drive is a Private Road and maintained by the residents of Red Oak Drive (Section 6 Property Owners)
How are WOB HOA Dues Used
HOA Dues Pay For:
- Property Taxes on Common Areas
- Casualty/Liability Insurance on Common Areas
- Officers & Directors Liability Insurance
- Recreational Amenity Maintenance on Common Areas
Boat Ramp, Pier, Picnic Tables, Etc.
- Common Areas & Roadside Mowing
- Boat Ramp Road & Parking Maintenance
- Street Lights
- Management Company Fees
- Legal/Accounting Fees
White Oak Bluff Board of Directors
Your HOA is governed by an elected board of directors. Elections are held each December, and new officers' terms begin in January. Terms are two years.
